Hey there, fellow book lovers… I finished the Off Limits book series from Piper Lawson and I found myself in a whirlwind of emotions while being immersed in “Collide” and “Claim,” the second and third books in the Off-Limits series by the incredibly talented author, Piper Lawson. Moving on… First off, let me start by saying these books are like a rollercoaster ride of passion, drama, and unexpected turns. Piper Lawson has a way of weaving intricate plots that keep you on the edge of your seat, eagerly flipping pages or in my case, hitting play on the audiobooks!

And speaking of audiobooks, let’s address the elephant in the room – the cost. While I thoroughly enjoyed the audiobook versions of these novels, it’s true that purchasing three separate audiobooks can get a bit expensive, especially considering they’re about five hours each. It’s for that reason alone I wouldn’t rate this series higher.

“Collide” and “Claim” delve deep into the lives and emotions of Olivia and Sawyer, creating a world where their forbidden romance and tantalizing chemistry intertwine. However, they don’t do it alone. The supporting cast is well-developed as well. I for one hope that Ms. Lawson follows through and gives a few of these characters their own story.

The characters are brilliantly fleshed out, each with their own flaws and strengths. You can’t help but cheer for them, feel their pain, and celebrate their triumphs. The character development throughout the series is impeccable, and by the end, I am sure you’ll find yourself deeply attached to their journeys, like I was. Piper Lawson has crafted a world that feels authentic and relatable. The vivid descriptions and attention to detail make you feel like you’re a part of the story, living and breathing alongside the characters.

As for the romance – oh boy, it’s spicy! The chemistry between the characters is hot and the romantic tension is expertly built up, leaving you yearning for those steamy moments. The author doesn’t hold back when it comes to delivering the feels, leaving you with a smile on your face and a flutter in your… heart.

In conclusion, “Collide” and “Claim” are absolute must-reads (or listens) if you’re a fan of contemporary romance with a dash of forbidden taboo love. The investment in the audiobooks is a tad high, but if you have the audible credits I would recommend them.
